Coating GA inorganic lubricant to improve the press
moldability of alloyed & galvanized steel, one-piece
GA for molding or difficult for molding
An inorganic lubricant is a material improving lubrication by
forming Mn-P line oxide film and Ni line inorganic film etc.
on the GA surface very thinly.
Mn-P line oxide has thick film which are dozens of mm.
The surface is composed of phosphate-rich and
the plating is composed of Mn oxide-rich.
Ni line inorganic film has a 50mm thickness which is
composed of Ni-Fe-O having high melting point.
A good moldability is obtained since Ni-Fe-O film is
created and a sliding ability is improved.
